Farfield House

Farfield House works well for families or groups wanting space to spread out. The conversion spans three bedrooms—a kingsize, two singles, and a bunk room—plus two bathrooms, with a sofa bed downstairs if needed. Everything is included: heating, electricity, linen and towels, plus wifi for staying in touch. There's parking for two cars on site, a bike store, and a garden with patio and seating.

The ground floor holds two living areas, each with a fire, plus a kitchen with two ovens and a dishwasher for cooking from scratch. Upstairs, one bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower; the other is a shower room. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Note that the garden contains a covered well.

Hetton sits at the edge of Wharfedale, five miles from Skipton, making it a base for exploring Grassington, Kettlewell, Burnsall, Malham and Settle. A well-regarded pub is within a mile. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
