Fern Farm - The Parlour

Whitby lies ten minutes' drive away, and Robin Hood's Bay even closer—both worth the trip for their harbours, independent shops and seafood restaurants. The North Yorkshire Moors National Park surrounds the property, crossed by walking routes and dotted with villages. Sandsend beach is also nearby, and the coastal path links several smaller settlements if you want to explore on foot.

The Parlour is a converted milking barn on one level, containing an open-plan living and kitchen area, one bedroom with a kingsize bed, and an ensuite with walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker and breakfast bar. A sofa faces the views across the fields and national park. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One car can park on site.

This is a whole property to yourselves, and well-suited to a couple seeking countryside and coast in equal measure. One well-behaved pet can stay free. No smoking inside.
