Gable Cottage

Gable Cottage comes with electricity, bed linen and towels included, so you arrive ready to settle in. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, the sitting room has comfortable seating, and both bedrooms contain zip-and-link super-king beds that split into twins if needed. A bathroom serves the first floor, where the bedrooms are located. Outside, a balcony overlooks the Yorkshire market town and river, and an enclosed garden offers space to sit or for a dog to move about—one pet is welcome here.

The cottage sits above a historic market town, with views across rooftops and countryside toward the Yorkshire Dales. The layout connects kitchen, dining and living areas in an open flow, with large windows bringing in light and framing the outlook. A pub is within a mile. Riverside walks and independent shops are nearby, and the wider landscapes of the Dales are accessible for exploring. This is a non-smoking property. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs; there is one step down into the kitchen and further steps to the garden.
