Thirty House

Thirty House is a substantial Georgian townhouse occupying three floors in the centre of a market town. The building combines period architecture—high ceilings, tall windows, generous proportions—with contemporary interiors. Ground and first floors hold the social spaces: a kitchen designed around an island, a dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace. Bedrooms are distributed across all three levels. Four have zip-and-link super-king beds (configurable as twins), with one offering an en-suite; the fifth, a fixed twin on the top floor, has its own en-suite bathroom. There are three bathrooms in total.

The house comes with bed linen, towels and electricity included. A private terraced garden wraps around the property, with views across the landscape and an enclosed patio. The hot tub sits within this space. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The town location means independent shops, cafés and a pub are within walking distance. The Yorkshire Dales are accessible for days out and walks. The property works for large groups—families gathering together, friends on a break—where people need both communal areas and private bedroom space to retreat into.
