The Yorkshire Wolds roll out around Malton, a market town four miles south, with the coast and York both within reach for day trips. Garden Cottage sits on the edge of Settrington Estate, a converted tied cottage now offering self-catering space for eight across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for two cars on site and room for more on the road outside.
The ground floor holds a double bedroom with en-suite and a separate toilet, designed for easy access, alongside a living room with a real wood burner (logs included), a dining room overlooking the estate's walled gardens and the cottage's own grounds, and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Upstairs, three more bedrooms sleep between two and three people each; two have en-suites and one shares a shower room with a heated towel rail. A utility room with washer-dryer sits off the kitchen. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. One dog stays free. The cottage has an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, and a pub and restaurant lie two miles away.
