Graffitoe Farm Holidays - Beech

Beech is a self-contained pod at Graffitoe Farm near Hunmanby, equipped for a family or couple with a dog. The single bedroom holds a double bed; the living area has a sofa bed suitable for children, making four the maximum occupancy. Everything is on ground level, accessed by one step, with a shower room and an open-plan kitchen and dining space.

The kitchen comes ready for cooking—induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer mean you can prepare proper meals. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. The real draw is the private hot tub on the front decking, which overlooks the countryside. There is a step down into the garden itself. Parking for two cars is on-site; the grounds are shared with other properties.

Hunmanby village is a short drive away, with a pub, shops and a post office. Filey beach is two miles south; Bridlington a similar distance further. Walking terrain ranges from the gentle countryside around the farm to the Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors. Smoking is not permitted inside.
