Oak

Oak is a single-bedroom pod in North Yorkshire, a short drive from the coast near Filey. It sleeps three: a double bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area for a child. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly rather than rely on takeaways. A shower room with heated towel rail, television, and Wi-Fi complete the essentials. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

What sets this place apart is the private hot tub on the decking outside—there's seating in the garden too, with barbecue facilities shared across the site. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. You get the whole property to yourself. There are ground-floor steps at the entrance and in the grounds, which matters if you need level access. Parking is private for two cars, and you arrive after 15:00 and leave before 10:00.
