Grosmont Apartment occupies the first floor of the Old Schoolhouse, a red brick building that has been divided into four holiday lets. The conversion preserves the character of the original structure while offering a self-contained space for two people.

The whole apartment runs on a single level. An open-plan living area contains a sofa by an electric fire, a dining table positioned in the window, and the kitchen, where you can prepare meals using a full-size cooker, dishwasher and fridge. A double bedroom sits at the rear, with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available if needed. The communal garden has a bench and views across the village to the moorland beyond.

One dog is welcome, provided it remains on a lead in this sheep-farming area. The property offers private parking for one car. No smoking inside. Arrive after 5pm, depart by 10am.
