Harbour Retreat

Harbour Retreat suits couples or families of up to four looking for a base near Whitby. The cottage sits on the upper harbour edge with views across the water and town; a decked garden with furniture makes use of the aspect, and there's parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free. The ground floor is open plan, with a living area centred around a wood-burning stove, a dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the usual kit. Upstairs, a king bedroom and a double share a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included.

The upper harbour location puts pubs, fish and chip shops, and Whitby's attractions within easy walking distance. The property is non-smoking, and electric vehicle charging is not available on site, though a charging point is under a mile away.
