Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis, and an enclosed courtyard garden. Kirkby House is ideally-situated to enjoy all of the delights of this fantastic seaside town, and the surrounding beauty of the North York Moors National Park. Sorry no pets and no smoking.

One free allocated parking space available nearby and additional parking on The Ropery and Church Street on a first served basis. Large decking area with furniture and BBQ to the side of the property (accessed from the outside). Sorry no smoking. The nearest pub is only 2 min walk away and the shops 5 min away. There is a Co-Op on the other side of the river approx 10 min away. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property is accessed by a cobbled slope and 15 steps down from The Ropery or 48 steps up from Church Street. Note: The cottage is in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours if you are sitting out at night and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
