Lebberston Carr Farm sits down a quiet country lane near Filey, within reach of both the Yorkshire coast and inland moorland. Bell Cottage is one of two conversions from a former farm building, retaining original oak beams and offering views across open countryside. The setting is genuinely remote and peaceful, though Filey's beach and seafront are a short drive away, and Whitby, Scarborough and the North Yorkshire Moors are all accessible for day trips.

The cottage is a single storey with a bedroom upstairs. Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with wood-burning stove, dining space and kitchen; upstairs is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and shower room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the hot tub. A washing machine is available in an external utility room.

The enclosed garden has a private wood-fired hot tub, patio and seating. There is parking for two cars. The property is for two people only and does not allow smoking. The Wolds Way and Cleveland Way long-distance walks pass through the area, and Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, known for seabirds including puffins and gannets, is minutes away.
