The Hutton Suite occupies the first floor of this listed building, a self-contained apartment designed for four people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Both bedrooms have kingsize beds. One has an ensuite with a walk-in shower; the other connects to a separate shower room. Downstairs, an open-plan living area flows into a dining space and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine are all there. The rooms have high ceilings and windows on three sides, facing south, west and east across the grounds. Oil central heating keeps the apartment warm throughout the year. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is also an electric car charging point and private parking for two cars.

The estate sits in quiet countryside, making it a base for walking and exploring the region. No smoking is permitted inside. Arrival is after 4pm; departure before 10am.
