Newlands Lodges - Farm View is a single-storey lodge on a working farm in North Yorkshire, set within one of the country's 19 designated Dark Sky Reserves. The whole place is yours alone, with a double bedroom, shower room, and an open-plan living space that includes a kitchen with breakfast bar. A sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping. Everything is ground floor, and an enclosed paddock means your dog has space to roam freely—pets stay at no extra charge.
The coast lies within a mile; Hayburn Wyke's twin waterfalls and pebbled beach are a short walk away, while the Cleveland Way coastal path and an old railway cinder track (now a 20-mile walking route) are both nearby on foot. Ravenscar, Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby are 7–10 minutes by car. Closer still are Scarborough's attractions: the Open Air Theatre, Peasholm Park, and the Sea Life Centre are all within 6 minutes' drive, and North Bay Beach is also nearby. The decked area with picnic bench faces woodland, and there's parking for two cars plus an EV charging point. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. No smoking indoors.
