You step into a 1700s cottage divided between a front lounge and dining room, where an electric stove sits in a brick fireplace, and a newly fitted kitchen at the back. Upstairs are the bedroom—a kingsize bed—and a shower room. The layout is straightforward and compact, built for two, with a travel cot available if needed. Essentials like heating, linen, towels and wi-fi are covered; the kitchen has what you need to cook properly.
Burniston is a working village with a shop across the road and a pub a short walk away. The Yorkshire coast lies minutes away: Scarborough and Whitby are both accessible for the day. The enclosed patio at the rear is private, and the front garden has a bench. One dog or cat stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking. Parking is on road, with overflow available nearby.
