Oliver's View is a three-bedroom semi-detached house built in 2019, positioned in a quiet village cul-de-sac where the garden looks out towards Oliver's Mount and across open countryside. A wildlife pond and distant sea views are visible from here too. The property takes its name from that landmark to the right, and the Cinder Path—the old railway line between Scarborough and Whitby—runs along the rear garden where walkers and cyclists regularly pass. Stone-built and finished to a good standard, the cottage has the feel of something built to last.
Ground floor contains the living and dining space with a 50-inch smart TV, kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, and one bedroom has an ensuite toilet. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are covered. The enclosed garden has a patio, furniture and a stone-built barbecue; parking for two cars is private. One dog stays free.
Cloughton sits within reach of both the North York Moors National Park and the coast—Whitby and Scarborough are a short drive away, with the village itself served by buses running between the two towns. Two pubs here serve food. The property does not permit smoking.
