Regent House is a traditional terraced property at the heart of Scarborough, within walking distance of the seafront and the town's dining and shopping quarter. The layout spans three storeys: ground floor entrance hall (useful for storing beach gear), first floor with one double bedroom and an ensuite toilet plus utility room, and second floor with the second double bedroom, main bathroom with both roll-top bath and cubicle shower, and an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area under Velux windows. Two sofas face an electric fire and smart TV.
The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave and air fryer for everyday cooking. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided; a washing machine is on the first floor for longer stays. A public car park operates nearby at a small charge, with roadside unloading available. The property is adults only. Royal Tandoori sits within a mile, and North Bay is reachable on foot in around ten minutes; South Bay takes fifteen. A pub is also within a mile's walk.
