Downstairs, the kitchen has electric cooking and dining space where the group can gather, a sitting room with Smart TV, shower room, separate toilet and utility room with washing machine.

The back garden opens onto a patio, private parking fits two cars, and one dog stays free. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The Coast-to-Coast walking route passes nearby; Whitby itself—with its abbey, steep streets and working harbour—is a short drive, and Robin Hood's Bay offers another option for coastal exploration.
