Rose Garth

North Yorkshire

Robin Hood's Bay sits on the North York Moors heritage coast with the beach a short walk away, making it prime territory for fossil hunting, rock pooling and coastal walks. The village itself has the narrow cobbled streets and independent shops you'd expect of a former fishing community, plus several pubs and tearooms within easy reach on foot. Rose Garth is a semi-detached house positioned to take advantage of this setting, with a private garden and parking for two or three cars.

The property sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double on the first floor, two singles downstairs, and a single upstairs. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet. Downstairs holds the living room, dining room and kitchen, which has two electric ovens, a ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine for longer stays. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is oil central. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost.

The garden at the rear catches the afternoon sun and comes with outdoor furniture. The property does not permit smoking. Families and walkers will find this a straightforward base for exploring the coast and the moors beyond.
