Ruffles is a three-bedroom house in Whitby, sleeping up to six guests across a double, another double, and two single beds. The property comes with one bathroom, and essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
The layout spreads across multiple floors. On the ground floor, a kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer—enough to prepare proper meals rather than just heating ready-made food. The living room has a smart TV and electric fire facing the street. Down on the lower ground floor, a dining room doubles as an entertainment space with a pool table and table tennis, plus access to an enclosed back garden with seating. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom, which has a bath with shower over and a separate toilet.
The house sits in a quiet residential street within walking distance of Whitby town centre and its beach; a Co-op supermarket is nearby on New Quay Road. Parking is on road. No smoking is permitted. Children's equipment including a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
