Sunnyside Cottage

Sunnyside Cottage is a three-storey townhouse in Whitby's town centre, sleeping six across three bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything needed for a self-catering break comes as standard: electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas cooker, microwave and fridge, while a separate utility room houses a washing machine, dishwasher and freezer—genuinely useful after days on the beach. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. One car parking permit is included.

The living room on the ground floor has a freeview Smart TV and electric fire. An open-plan kitchen and dining area connects to an enclosed yard with garden furniture and fairy lights. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath; a third bedroom on the top floor contains two single beds. The cottage sits steps from the seafront on Whitby's west side, where independent shops, bars and a local bakery line the streets. A micro pub nearby serves Whitby gin and regional ciders. No smoking inside. One dog stays free.
