Tidal View

Tidal View is a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a building within easy reach of Whitby town centre. The open-plan living space has a 42-inch TV and DVD player; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven, hob, and a combi microwave; and there's a kingsize bed in the bedroom, also with a TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and there's parking for one car on site. No smoking indoors.

Whitby itself is built around a working harbour and abbey, with steep cobbled streets, independent shops, pubs and fish and chip restaurants. The North York Moors National Park is within reach for a day out. Walking routes start practically from your door—a disused railway line runs along the coast towards Scarborough, and riverside paths head inland. Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hood's Bay are all accessible as day trips. The shop is a quarter mile away, a pub 300 yards.
