Tiggywinkle Cottage

Tiggywinkle Cottage is a traditional stone cottage in Hawnby village, within reach of the North York Moors. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom—one with a walk-in shower, one with a bath and shower. Both beds are zip-and-link super kings that can be split into singles on request. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the wood burner are also provided.

The heart of the cottage is an open-plan ground floor with flagstone floors, a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating and a 32-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A dining area seats four. Upstairs there's a second bedroom with its own ensuite. The property comes with private parking for one car, a bike store, and a courtyard garden with a wood-fired hot tub, patio seating and a BBQ. One dog stays free; smoking is not permitted.

The village location means the pub and shops are within walking distance, and the wider Moors are on the doorstep for hiking and cycling. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available.
