The open-plan living and dining space has large windows overlooking the marina – herons and seals inhabit the riverbank, and you can watch the heritage steam train pass by on its way to the station. A corner sofa, freeview TV and Amazon Echo furnish the sitting area. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A utility room with washer-dryer is included. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. There's a travel cot and highchair if needed, and a shared children's play area on the grounds. The property does not permit smoking. Steps lead through the grounds to a sitting-out area.
