Warrington House is a substantial Georgian property arranged over three floors, sleeping up to nine guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite: the first floor offers a king with dressing area and full bath, plus a family room with king four-poster and single bed served by a shower room; the second floor has a super king with shower room and sofa bed, and a further king with full bath. Throughout the house you'll find Freeview televisions, and heating is gas-fired.
The kitchen is well set up for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, opening onto an enclosed patio. Downstairs also has a living and dining room with bioethanol burner and woodburner, utility room, and separate ground-floor toilet. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One well-behaved pet stays free. There is on-road parking, and smoking is not permitted.
Pickering is a market town in North Yorkshire with shops and amenities nearby. The house suits extended families or groups seeking space and privacy for a long stay, or those travelling with a pet.

Last January I came to live in the village, from Pickering. I've had refreshment at Warrington House over the past years. When our first LOCK DOWN was in full swing, this Spring, Warrington were EXCELLENT with the Delivery service. The delivery of cooked meals were absolutely marvellous: excellent strategy, efficient delivery service. The food has and is 'spot on', every time: the vegetables are always 'El Dante', and the flavours heavenly! Warrington deserve recognition, applause AND a Royal Accolde! Thank you very much, from The Almshouses!

Really great stay. The owners were lovely people. Breakfast was amazing. Road was busy till late so it was difficult to sleep with the windows open.

This family ran guest house provides a lovely, welcoming and comfortable accommodation. The rooms are fresh, well maintained and clean and the breakfast was delicious 💯 Will definitely be visiting again soon.
