Whitby Townhouse is a four-storey Georgian property in the heart of this coastal town, sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout makes it practical for families or groups: a king bed on the top floor with ensuite shower, another king on the ground floor, a bunk room (two 3ft beds), and a twin bedroom with two singles. The main bathroom on the first floor has both a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle.

The ground floor contains a generous living room with bay window and original fireplace, plus a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with range cooker, dishwasher and everything needed for proper cooking. A utility room houses additional freezer and washing machine. Tall sash windows and high ceilings characterise the interior, with an original staircase connecting all four floors. Electricity, gas heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. One dog stays free of charge.

The property is within a ten-minute walk of Whitby's beach and close to local pubs and restaurants. A parking permit for one car comes with the booking, though spaces nearby are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. No smoking indoors. There is an enclosed courtyard with seating and a barbecue.
