Terrific value for money. The rooms are very dated but clean and warm. We found the staff to be very friendly and the receptionist very welcoming even ensuring that we were given the room with the sea view, balcony and jacuzzi 😉. The food was very good too. Just one niggle, what industrial product do they clean the tables with? Everything sticks to the surface and feels horribly sticky. Will definitely go back.

Great location on Northallerton high street. Really friendly personnel and a great menu choice for people dining. The food is delicious, tasty and very well presented. You won't be disappointed. Hotel is a little tired. Haven't stayed there so can't comment on the accommodation. Alcohol free offering is limited with no zero prosecco, wine and only one shot of zero gin left! Needs addressing!

Absolutely knock out carvery! Visiting from London and blown away at the quality of meats and sides for around £20 wouldn’t be able to get this quality in London for any less than £80. Highly recommended

Popped in for lunch whilst shopping in Northallerton on a cold, damp Thursday in January. Very welcoming, comfortable and warm....and quite busy. Not cordon bleu offering, but the menu was varied and well priced. Thoroughly enjoyed my Haggis, Neeps and Tatties with a Whisky Sauce.
