Fairway View Cottage

Fairway View Cottage comes ready for a group or family to move straight in. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combi microwave-oven-grill—along with a separate dining room. The living room has a Freeview Smart TV and opens onto an enclosed garden with patio and decked seating. Washer-dryer, wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There's a highchair if needed, and parking for two cars on site.

Three bedrooms sleep six: two zip-and-link super kingsize beds (which can split into twins) and one kingsize. Two bathrooms serve the property. The heating is underfloor, and the whole cottage is yours alone. Dogs stay free. Rothbury itself sits a mile away with pubs, cafés, independent shops and a riverside play park. The Simonside Hills rise nearby for walking and cycling, while the Coquet River is known for salmon and sea trout fishing. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.
