Valley View Cottage

Valley View Cottage is a stone-built end terrace completed in 2021, sleeping eight across four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Two of those bedrooms are on the ground floor alongside the main bathroom, making the layout practical for anyone with mobility considerations. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The ground floor opens into a combined living and dining space with patio doors onto an enclosed lawned garden, complete with decking and furniture. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, and a washer-dryer combined unit.

Pets stay free at Valley View, and there is parking on site for three cars. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The cottage sits about a mile from Rothbury, a small market town with pubs, cafés and independent shops, and overlooks the Coquet Valley with views towards the Simonside Hills. Walking and cycling are immediate options from the door; the Simonside range and surrounding area offer established trails. The Coquet River nearby holds salmon and sea trout if you fish. A golf course adjoins the property. No smoking indoors.
