Glebe Cottage is a converted 19th-century stone cottage at the edge of Bamburgh village, a few miles from the RNLI Grace Darling Museum. The building has been updated inside while keeping its character, and everything is on the ground floor—a practical layout that also means French doors from the main bedroom open straight onto a patio and enclosed garden with views towards the castle.
Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a double bed and those garden doors, the other with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The living room has a Freeview television and DVD player. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's private parking for two cars on site, and if you're travelling with a dog, one pet stays free of charge.
The village location puts you within walking distance of Bamburgh's shops, pubs and beach. The cottage doesn't allow smoking inside.
