Pope Lodge
Northumberland
Alnmouth is a quiet coastal village on the Northumberland shore, with a working harbour and a scattering of local pubs. Pope Lodge sits within this setting as a converted coach house, recently refurbished and given over entirely to your use. The property occupies its own entrance on a shared plot, accessed via a few garden steps, and offers a self-contained retreat with its own character.
Inside, the accommodation runs across two floors. The ground floor holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with skylights and vaulted ceilings; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and other essentials. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, along with heating and electricity. The property is non-smoking throughout.
A sitting area with garden furniture lies outside, part of the shared grounds. The village itself is walkable, with a pub within a mile. This works well for a quiet break or as a base for exploring the Northumberland coast; it's equally suitable for two people wanting space and privacy without leaving the heart of the village.
