Riverside Pods - The Burrow

The Burrow sits on the banks of the River Wansbeck, where woodland and a Nature Reserve create a quiet, wildlife-rich setting. The pod is compact but complete: a ground-floor open plan with living area, small kitchen, bedroom and shower room all in one flowing space. Bi-fold doors open onto decking with garden furniture, a spot for morning coffee with the river in view. The double bed is 4ft 6in; there's Freeview TV, a microwave and air fryer for cooking, and everything you need for a short break is provided—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

One dog is welcome. The park has a café open daily, shared grounds with seating areas, and parking for one car on site. From here, the river is accessible for paddleboards and kayaks at a nearby slipway, and cycling and walking routes follow the water eastward. The Northumberland Coast beaches lie a few miles away, while inland sits Hadrian's Wall and the National Park. The property is no-smoking throughout.
