The Ranch

Bamburgh sits on the Northumberland Heritage Coast, and The Ranch puts you within a short walk of both the castle and the beach behind it. The village has pubs and tea rooms a stroll away, and Seahouses—a few miles north—is the departure point for boat trips to the Farne Islands, where you can see seabirds, seals and puffins depending on the season. Alnwick Castle and its market town are a drive south; the area also draws golfers to Bamburgh Castle Golf Club.

This detached bungalow sleeps five across two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double and a single bed; the other a double. The living space includes a sitting room with Freeview TV and an electric woodburner, a kitchen with breakfast area, electric oven and hob, Aga, microwave and fridge-freezer, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A front garden with patio and seating faces the sand dunes and has views toward the castle. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free. The property is non-smoking.
