Turtles Nest

Walk through the door of Turtles Nest and you're met with an open-plan living and dining setup across the ground floor. The living room has a Smart TV for quieter evenings; next door, the dining room doubles as a sleeping space with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering—electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine included. Upstairs on the second floor are two proper bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two singles. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Turtles Nest sleeps five and welcomes one small dog at no extra cost. One car can park on site. The essentials—electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are all covered. Note that the stairs to the second floor are steep. Non-smoking property.

Newbiggin by the Sea sits on the Northumberland coast with the promenade and beach within easy walking distance. The village has cafés, pubs and the oldest lifeboat station in England. Ladhars Fish Bar is nearby for takeaway meals.
