Valley Cottage
Northumberland

Wooler sits on the edge of Northumberland National Park, putting walks through the Cheviot Hills within reach on foot. The market town itself has a pub less than a mile away, and shops are roughly half a mile off. Berwick-upon-Tweed, Alnwick and Holy Island are all driveable destinations for a day out. The setting is genuinely rural, but not isolated.
Valley Cottage is a converted barn sleeping two people in one bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The main living space is open-plan, combining sitting, dining and kitchen areas. You get a private side patio, off-road parking nearby, and a shared courtyard. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided. The bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be split into twins if needed.
One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside. This is an adults-only property, and the whole place is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
