It’s a nice concept and design. Really unique and lovely / gives you this magic vibe :) Kids absolutely loved it - great paintings and decor ✅👌🏻💯 Only thing which I didn’t like is that you charge £1.95 per adult - don’t understand this charge to be honest with you - as usually no soft play in Nottingham or nearby charges this or if they do is maximum only £1 Adults don’t play they always there to supervise the children ( without them children wouldn’t come to your soft play ) - it’s not like we are there for free there because I always order a coffee or some cake etc / so not happy about this charge if I have to be honest with you apart from that kids loved it and everything else was fine. I’m just passing my honest opinion - on top of that you don’t have any pricing board on entrance or website is not very clear as I checked it before coming - only way I found the pricing was the leaflet.

Hello, can I just say thankyou for today. It may seem silly but I was a nervous wreck. Thursdays are hard days. Very mentally and physically demanding. I rang ahead to check how busy it was. And explained again on arrival that I was disabled and it was my first time taking them both out with me together on my own. The ladies were so kind and I can't tell you how much it meant to me today. It's given me hope I can do more with my kids on my own. That I can be a bit more of a fun mummy for them. So this was a massive milestone for me. And I am honestly so grateful I can't put into words how much the ladies today made me feel welcome, supported, safe and comfortable. Usually (as I don't look ill) I worry about people wondering why I'm not climbing with my kids or going in there with them. I just felt brilliant today and really at ease more then I ever thought I would. We will definitely be back. It's made a big impact and I appreciate it more then you will ever know. Thankyou ever so much

Nice, clean and quiet soft playground for kids to enjoy two hours for £6.99 per kid. Friendly staff always welcoming. Fast food kitchen and coffee provided. This is my fourth visit and always will come.
