What visitors say
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. We'll bypass the review about half full stale popcorn or the drinks machines that are unable to make ice and jump straight into the VIP Sofa experience here at Showcase. As you enter the screen you are greeted with what can only be described as weapons grade BO. The room literally smells like a 4 day old arm pit. We opted for the VIP Sofa seats, and whilst the online floorplan showed them at the front row nothing prepares you for the fact that you're practically inside the screen when you take your seat on the tacky, sticky and sweat infused "bed" which is more akin to the last sun lounger at Butlins that everyone has avoided. I'm not exaggerating when I say that you are so close to the screen and viewing it at such an angle that every cinematic experience becomes more of a filmography review of actors and their massive chins. You can't see anything. The sound is terrible and not at all optimised for where you are located. The "beds" are stanky and uncomfortable. It's just dreadful. I've written this review whilst the trailers are going on, I think I'm just going to go home and watch a film in a reflection whilst sitting on the kitchen worktop. That will provide a better viewing experience than this.

I went yesterday, it was lovely. Not too crowded, big screen, comfortable reclining chairs to stretch out and cool nice environment.

Nice cinema, made an error in booking the front row.. made it very hard to watch the movie. But the chairs were comfortable and the slushies were good. Plenty of parking but the toilets need to be cleaned more often

The guys at the the door was really great. Explaining why I couldn't get it earlier. He was very polite and I got what he meant. I felt he really cared for me so my experience at the showcase started really good. I loved Michael film btw but the venue and the staff rock too. I'll see you soon for another great film experience Showcase 💥🙏💪🥰
