Lovely accommodation. Walking distance from train station and ferry port.Clean, comfortable warm and welcoming. The complimentary toiletries are very welcome. Nice beverage tray. Also James always answers questions and queries. I will rebook again when exploring this part of Scotland.

Just lovely! Friendly hosts on hand if needed. The rooms we all stayed in were beautifully presented, modern and newly refurbished. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms a pleasure to use. The Scottish Tea Cakes in the room, a lovely touch as was the bowl of fruit in reception. No on site parking, but paid street parking is available, free I think after 6pm. Only a short few minutes walk to the centre of town Would recommend this as a place to stay if travelling to Oban.

It’s a nice guest house, just a short walk from the sea and the city centre. Parking is no problem. They provide sweets and water besides the tea/coffee. Would always recommend it for a short stay, rooms are comfy but small. For one or two days it’s fine

James is a very accommodating host, thanks for the treats for my boyfriend’s birthday too. Comfy bed and well located guest house, very clean too! We had a nice time & I will return, this was my second time staying here.
