We had a really nice two night stay in Oban. The accommodation was clean, tidy and beautifully presented. Owners clearly take pride in their guesthouse :) We booked two rooms, one superior (Room 1) which was on the ground floor and one double which was on the second floor (Room 5).

I stayed in Sandvilla for 2 evenings. The location is excellent for walking travelers. The room was clean and cozy. It was a great space to collect myself before heading home.

We had a perfect stay at Sandvilla! Josephine was a fantastic host — friendly, attentive, and full of helpful local tips. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed very comfortable. Located only 5 min walking from the town center. Paid parking was conveniently located nearby and easy to access. All in all, a wonderful place to stay while in Oban — highly recommended!

We stayed here for one night. The room was really nice, the nicest of our trip around Scotland. It was cosy and comfortable. The location is very good, close to the centre of the town. Josephine provided us with a map of the area and some tips for where to have breakfast. We also had the opportunity of booking a parking space. We recommend that if you can't climb stairs you ask for a room on the ground floor.
