Quite and beautifuly decorated house. Owner was super friendly and kept my fridge stocked with a few necessities. I paid less for this room that my tour guide did stay out the Royal hotel 5 minutes away (his room was above a pub and loud).

Been coming to Oban for over 20 years and stayed in about 15 different Hotels and B&Bs and this is the nicest I've ever stayed in. Really beautiful house inside. Felt like something from a Wes Anderson film crossed with the Victorian era. The wee breakfast bag was a brilliant touch as well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. My husband and I stayed for just 2 nights before tying the knot in Appin. We arrived early and didn’t expect to be able to check in until the booked time, but they went out of their way to accommodate us early. The room was very nice and clean, and the whole property was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and has amazing character - also with a fantastic view! They also supplied our room with tea, coffee and a mini fridge pre-stocked with some breakfast/snacks! The property is quite close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in Oban from the property! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Stayed for 2 nights at Blair Villa. The location is close to the town and easily walkable. When we reached 1st day, there was no heating and no alternate arrangements for heating. On the second day, they arranged it for us on request. Otherwise, we would have cancelled and went somewhere else. They give you a bag of breakfast on the go. You can opt for cafes nearby for a good breakfast and shouldn't pay for breakfast here. The rooms are good and clean. Looks recently renovated.
