I love this Cinema, but at 9pm I went to see the 3 hour Odyssey film, half way into the film they turned of the Air conditioning!! Rather than calmly enjoying my film I spent it sweating in a full room and being uncomfortable, where is the common sense Vue??

I really enjoy going to the Vue in Basingstoke. The price is very decent compared to other cinemas. All the seats are recliners and super comfortable. This is my go to cinema when with friends or family. Staff are super friendly. We have had little issues with staff standing around talking while we are waiting for our tickets to be scanned but this has only happened a couple times. Overall a really good experience!

Took my dad for a father's day movie treat yesterday evening 20june 8pm Disclosure Day screen 2 - seat E10 n E11. £25 for 2 tickets n sat thru 2.5 hours of no air condition when UK Basingstoke weather was 27c to 28c yesterday!! Unbelievable ! So uncomfortable! So HOT !! And upon leaving the cinema THE ESCALATOR WASN'T WORKING EITHER. Worst cinema experience ever!! I shd get my ticket money back!!

Love a trip to this cinema. Got our seats cheap via O2 so could treat us to popcorn/slushes. Staff are helpful and it's always clean.
