What visitors say
Went camping with mates over the weekend. We all had an amazing time made even greater by Simon and his owls. He showed great care and dedication to them and allowed us to hold 2 as well as being a great guy in general. This was also reflected by the other staff Nigel and Sacha with all running a great BUISNESS! The location is less than 5 minutes from the sea and a short walk into Heacham. The facilities were very good with hot showers and accessible toilets. Would highly recommend if you want a great time in Heacham or near!

Positives. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nigel welcoming and Chloe helped me fill my water tank, park up and lent me an extension formthe hook up as mine was too short. Nice quiet site. Overlooking a beautiful meadow. Very close to the beach. Hose to clean off the dog. 'Positive criticism' This site could be so much more with not much effort. Please hire a groundsman! To cut the grass, smarten the place up a bit. Everything seems a bit run down. However, I did not see any nails or glass as other reviews have said. Yes there is a knackered old caravan and some farms bits but it didn't effect my stay one bit. Washing up area, toilets and showers were just ok. I didn't feel they were overly clean. That's the only reason I won't be staying again. Just a few tweaks and this place could be the place to go.

First off the location is amazing like 100/10 it's at most a 3 minute walk to the beach and the camp site it amazing with it's looks and there was everyen a guy with a amazing owl that was just flying around it was so cool. The facilities as what's I have seen was amazing as a someone who's been on many camps I was relieved when I saw though clean toilets and showers minus the spiders but that's ofcouce forgivable for a outdoor building And the only bad thing is lack of UK plug sockets being at least 2 in the men's toilet at a bad angle but apart from that this was one of the best camp sites I have been on and I been with scouts for 14 years but it is slightly redeemed by the blue plugs for camp vehicles.

Ok I don't usually leave a review because each to their own ? However I need to point out a few things before you decide to book this campsite. This is a honest true review. Its way over priced for the site amenities. 1. stopped two nights didn't see the showers or toilets cleaned once ? 2. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website to my eyes they are Ai generated. 3. Pricing is a shambles you book then you get sent another bill ? 4. VERY RUN DOWN leaking taps no hot water to most of the washing up areas and cold water to wash your hands after using the loo. Paper towels all over the place over flowing bins that stunk. You know what, I am going to stop there. Good points its very close to the beach. Sorry I haven't got anything else to add. Oh I forgot there are some 🦉 on site. Very beautiful. There are so much cleaner sites around for better value for money. At £55 a night i thought it would be really good sadly not . Just looks like the owners have lost interest in the place. Anyway I will let you make your own minds up.
