What visitors say
We spent 3 nights here in one of the cabins at the end of May. The cabin was lovely with everything we needed and fit in 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog just fine. The fire pit was an added bonus and we spent 2 of 3 evenings having a bbq there. The hosts were helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Fantastic location with a beautiful beach just a 5 min walk away. We also saw the resident golden eagles on two occasions. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lewis. The area of Uig itself was lovely with stunning scenery right on the doorstep.

What a great place. The huts had everything you need and are so cosy with a truly wonderful view. The fire pit was great to sit out at night and to cook on. The area is so beautiful with lots of walks and lovely beaches. Elsie and Derek were wonderful hosts and so helpful. We can’t wait to come back to this stunning place.

The perfect, quiet and peaceful location to truly get away from it all. The pod was immaculate, the bed so comfortable, and the view of the sea and mountains changes with the weather. Elsie and Derek couldn't have been better hosts - available when needed and respected our privacy. We loved the fire pit too! Can't recommend highly enough.

I stayed in Cabin 1 and I loved it, it's the one highest up overlooking the others - it was so comfortable, clean and cosy. Just a short walk from the beach, it was perfect for exploring the area for early morning and later in the day and I got to really explore just this part of Lewis. I can 100% recommend staying here. And it felt really safe here as a solo traveller. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
