About Hill Farm

Step into one of just two rooms at Hill Farm and the first thing you notice is the quiet: countryside views stretch out beyond the window, and the rooms themselves are kept in immaculate order with modern comforts throughout. It's a small, personal set-up rather than a big hotel, which means more attention to detail and fewer surprises.

Breakfast is included and is a genuine highlight, served in a setting that makes the most of the peaceful rural outlook. Free WiFi is available throughout, there's a garden to sit in, and reception operates around the clock, so arrival times are never a worry. Free on-site parking makes driving in from further afield straightforward.

Hill Farm sits on Mill Lane on the edge of Oxford, close enough for a day exploring the city while offering a proper retreat from it in the evenings. With only two rooms, it suits guests after a quieter, more attentive stay rather than the anonymity of a larger property.

Amazing B&B, stunning rooms with amazing views! We stayed for our wedding and Laura & the team were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they have the loveliest dog. Breakfast each morning was great and very adaptable (I'm vegan and they made it super easy). Communication throughout the booking process was prompt, informative and polite. Location worked perfectly for us with pubs and supermarkets close by (we didn't go into central Oxford but you are very close). We would 100% recommend Hill Farm B&B as a wonderful place to stay where you truly feel like a VIP. Thank you so much for going the extra mile during the Wedding morning.

I feel this photo is a bit misleading. have to join it in one direction only to then go back on yourself to go the other way). The road the property is in has what looked like light industrial units and residential caravans, so nothing like the photo. The gentleman was waiting for us to arrive and hand over the key as quickly as possible, it felt more like a not very interested air b&b set up. We had to make our breakfast choice in the car park before we stepped into our room, but when we looked in the room the information told us all about breakfast choices and it would have been far nicer to choose from this and let someone know what we would have liked. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was served in a clubhouse nearby and our breakfast was very nice ( but not what we would have chosen if given the time)

What a wonderful B & B. I stayed here while my husband was at John Radcliffe hospital. The owners end staff couldn't do enough to help me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing and everyone is so kind and helpful.

My husband and I booked this for a portion of our second honeymoon and we loved it! The food was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was adorable and surroundings were beautiful. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was small but just as described online… I read there were some complaints about that but it was accurately described and a very good value for the price. The room had everything we could need. You will definitely want a vehicle from this location, just an FYI as it is in the country a bit.
