Room too small for 2 but clean. Good breakfast and kind service. I would not recommend for a stay longer than one night. Position was ideal for walking through the city. Parking on site was also a plus .

A great guest house just outside Oxford. Reasonable priced. Easy to get into Oxford by public transport amd also convenient for Oxford hospitals. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

I was immediately let down by the room having a large single bed despite booking a double. The bathroom was equally frustrating — extremely cramped, with a tiny basin and a mirror positioned so low that you hit your head leaning forward to wash your face. For a guest house charging for a double room, these are basic oversights that significantly impacted the stay.
