My husband and I are very lucky to have had our wedding reception at the Traquair Arms Hotel last week. From the moment we had our first meeting, Jamie and the team were attentive and worked with us to make our reception everything we wanted it to be. Ines was the events manager extraordinaire who set up the whole venue for us, and kept everything running absolutely perfectly. Getting ready there in the morning was perfect, the rooms are great. All of our guests have told us that the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding, and I absolutely agree! We cannot thank the team enough for everything!

Thank you all staff at the Traquair Arms for hosting my daughter Nicole’s wedding reception. The new beer garden with the fabby extendable roof was perfect for our group of approx 50. The BBQ went down well with all the guests and what a great wee party venue. Brekky in the morning was life changing, our room was magnificent, can’t recommend this venue enough!

Great all round! Great welcoming staff. Owner is a character too. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Good food. Good atmosphere. Location for mountain biking is superb. Bike lock up could be a bit bigger with more charging available but apart from that, excellent. Will be back

Amazing food, so fresh and well prepared. We got the haggis scotch egg, honey chilli chicken, katsu chicken curry and steak frites. Friendly attentive staff and bustling atmosphere. Surprisingly good (and busy) for a wee town pub!!!
