Rural Pembrokeshire offers coastal walking, seaside villages and castle ruins within reach of quiet countryside. Ford Farmhouse sits on a working farm in the hamlet of Milton, a traditional detached property with space for ten people and one pet. Five bedrooms contain a mix of single, double and bunk beds; two bathrooms serve the house. The ground floor has a living room with Freeview and DVD, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch, plus a separate toilet and wet room with shower.

A large lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue opens from the house, along with secure bike storage and ample parking. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; a travel cot and highchair are available. The property is non-smoking. Tenby's beaches and restaurants lie 5 miles away; Carew village with its castle and traditional inn is closer still. The coastal path runs nearby, leading to Saundersfoot and various starting points for boat trips to Caldey Island and wildlife-watching cruises along the cliffs.

We stayed in Gareth last week, 2 adults 2 teenagers. Such a quirky but beautiful cottage, especially with the cows at the bottom of the garden. The twin room downstairs with the French doors was lovely and the beds were so comfortable, we all said we had the best sleep we’d ever had. Pub at the end of the windy, country road with a pub garden. Chippie opposite the pub (with a gluten free menu for those that need it), 10 mins from Tenby & Saundersfoot. Kids didn’t want to come home, I could’ve happily lived there. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Well equipped. Well aquipped kitchen. Nice and quiet. Needed a bath mat when you step out of downstairs shower. Very narrow road to the property so need to take care. Rubbish under swing needs clearing but all in all very good. Cows in the field give a lovely country feeling.

We had a wonderful stay here at Ford Farmhouse. There were 7 of us in total, and there was more than enough room for us all. The cleanliness was relatively okay, I did have to clean one room before my daughter went to bed and seemed to be a few dead flies in downstairs bedrooms. Other than that, we had a wonderful time, and the house was so close to so many beautiful walks and attractions.
