Ground floor holds both bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link double bed that can split into singles if needed, and a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs opens into a single bright space combining kitchen, dining and living areas, with an electric oven, induction hob and everything needed for self-catering. French doors lead to a private balcony facing the marina. The essentials—heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are included, and there's allocated parking for one car.
