The Barn

A single step takes you into The Barn, a converted farm building on the edge of Honeyborough. The ground floor opens into a living room with woodburner, Freeview Smart TV, Netflix and Sky, flowing through to a kitchen and dining area fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs, a study sits alongside two bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with two zip-and-link singles that can be pushed together or kept apart. The bathroom has both bath and cubicle shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included, along with a starter fuel supply for the woodburner.

The property accommodates five guests and one pet at no extra cost. There is private parking for one car on site and a garden with a sitting area. Five minutes' walk away, the coastal village of Neyland has a yacht club and restaurants, plus direct access to the Brunel Trail—a cycle route that winds through Pill Nature Reserve and links several towns across Pembrokeshire. The Milford Haven Waterway is equally close. The property is no-smoking. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request.
