Southlands Barn

Southlands Barn is a converted barn with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping four. The entire property sits on a single storey, making it straightforward to navigate. One dog is welcome. You'll have the place to yourselves, with private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture.

The living space is open-plan, centred around a woodburner, with a kitchen that has everything needed to cook properly—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave. The first bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower; the second has two singles. A separate bathroom offers a bath and shower. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and there's biomass underfloor heating. The property is non-smoking.

Saundersfoot beach is five minutes' drive away, and the village itself has built a reputation for restaurants serving local food. Tenby, with its walled town centre, is ten minutes further along the coast. Walking, fishing and riding are available locally; Caldey Island—a monastery accessible by boat—lies nearby. The closest pub is two miles away, with shops and restaurants at two and a half miles.
