The Anchorage

Haverfordwest is Pembrokeshire's working market town, with independent shops, restaurants and cafés, and easy reach of the county's beaches and castles. The Anchorage is a substantial Georgian property restored as a luxury holiday let for groups and families. It sleeps 14 across seven bedrooms—four with ensuite bathrooms, and two with access to shared bathrooms—so there's genuine privacy for multi-generational trips or friend groups sharing the cost.

The lower ground floor holds a large kitchen with two dishwashers and a range cooker, a dining area, a cinema room with a 65-inch screen, and a garden entrance. The ground floor has a sitting room, a further bedroom with ensuite, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are four more bedrooms on the first and second floors, each with its own wash facilities. A separate outbuilding has a washing machine and tumble dryer; there's also a wet room with shower and toilet for muddy boots and quick cleans. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

The enclosed garden has a hot tub for six, patio seating and a barbecue. On-site parking is available, with a free public car park 20 yards away. The house does not accommodate hen or stag parties, and is non-smoking throughout.
